On Wednesday February 8, Chabad hosted a Tu B'Shevat Wine and Fruit Tasting event. The drawing of the Eighth Annaul Raffle was held in the presence of the celebrants. Mazel tov to Mr. and Mrs. Sam Ellowitz on winning the grand prize: A trip for two to Israel. Enjoy!

On Sunday, March 4, the students at Chabad Hebrew School - First Taste Program baked traditional Hamentashen in honor of Purim. Accompanied by their parents, the young bakers rolled, filled and shaped the delicious pastries.

On Wednesday evening, March 7, a beautiful crowd of men, women and children celebrated the onset of Purim with Megilla reading, noisemaking, masquerading, noshing and shmoozing.

Purim day, Chabad was transformed into a mini China in anticipation for Purim dinner; the finest kosher chinese cuisine to be sure. It was an evening of celebration to remember. A special thank you to Dov E. Kupfer for the beautiful set up and photography.

The Le Cafe Chabad was an unbelievable evening long to be remembered by all who participated. Laughter therapist Mrs. Esther Rochel Russell had the crowd of colse to 100 women roaring with laughter. Enjoy the photos!

On Sunday, March 25 the students at CHS were joined by their families for a Model Passover Seder. Lots of fun!

Young and old tried their hands at baking their very own Matzah at the popular Chabad Lubavitch Model Matzah Bakery. Happy Pesach!

In connection with Memorial Day, Chabad visited the Fort Bliss National Cemetery to recite a prayer at the graves of over 50 Jewish servicemen/women.

On Friday, August 17 - Av 29 Chabad celebrated it's Silver Jubilee with a presentation by David Nesenoff and a festive Community Shabbat Dinner.
